Experiment...
Hey guys! so it's summer and I've been working out pretty regularly and running 3 or 4 days a week. Well with this extra free time I've had to do stuff like cleaning, and I found this book called 8 minutes in the morning by Jorge Cruise. It has this workout plan for 28 days that guarantees weight loss. I actually started this 3 days ago and today was day 4 for the daily workout plan. I've also stuck pretty well to 120 calories and I've been decreasing in weight, and I should hit my goal any day now! So exciting I know!! Anyway, it's now been 6 months since I've started this and it's turned out pretty great!! 50 pounds in 6 months is not bad at all. Now just another 20 and I'll be to the point where I don't want to lose weight anymore. 23 pounds? We can do this!
