Ok so basically, I am adding a meal each week that is healthy and easy to make. Plus, I'll add a picture of it just to show you how good it looks. :)
So this is what I made for dinner. Ok so I was SUPPOSED to make it but my dad did. It is Chicken (80 calories) in Panko bread crumbs (about 30 calories) with a slice of mozzarella cheese (60 calories), Dreamfields Pasta (190 calories ) with Bertolli Tomato and Basil tomato sauce (80 calories), and Broccoli (27 calories).. We also had applesauce (50 calories) but it isn't in the picture. So this dinner was a total of 517 calories.. This isn't bad if you're like me and eat 90 calories in cereal for breakfast and a lunch of about 300 calories because you can also have a snack or dessert :)
