Day 2 - progress

So today was an overall success. Me and my sis went running 4 miles. My total calorie count was 1590 calories and I drank 48.9 oz. of water. That's a little high but I needed the extra calories from the running.





Chocolate Chip Scone 1 scone 170 calories



grilled cheese 1 sandwich 180 calories



tomato soup 1 serving 130 calories



Fat Free Milk 1 cup 90 calories



small apple 1 small 55 calories



yoplait yogurt 1 container 100 calories



vegetarian chili 1 container 210 calories



oatmeal cookie 1 cookie 150 calories



broccoli- cooked 1 cup 50 calories



carrots- cooked 1 serving 50 calories



cantaloupe 1 cup 60 calories




For running, a good website to track your route is www.mapmyrun.com . I am making other pages that will be up and running soon. There will be a motivation page with my stories for staying motivated. Also, There will be other pages like a Check-in page on my progress, and a page for recipes and pictures.

I weighed myself today and since I have come home from vacation (I was 207 lbs.) I have lost 14 lbs. so I am at 193 lbs total. I am so excited because 15 lbs is a whole pants size. Just a few more lbs and I will be a solid 16 pants size.
