Day 3 - keep going
So today was day 3.. It is a little difficult remembering to write down everything i eat but I've stayed on track so far.. My calorie count was 1140. I had orientation for school today and wow.. It was not fun.. but what ever i'm ok. I got my walking for an hour of searching for my classes.. not real physical activity i know, it just caused high blood pressure. But I will ride on the exercise bike for 30 minutes to make up for my exercise. One thing I need to improve on is the amount of water I drink.
Blueberry muffin 1 muffin 170 calories
Fat Free Milk I cup 90 calories
earth grains whole wheat sandwich thins 1 bun 100 calories
Boar's Head Oven Gold Turkey Breast 2 oz. 60 calories
mozzarella cheese 1 slice 40 calories
small apple 1 small 55 calories
cajun style chicken & sausage w/ rice 1 serving 220 calories
carrots- cooked 1 serving 35 calories
applesauce 1 cup 100 calories
cookies 1 package 100 calories
chocolate peanut butter bar 1 bar 170 calories
