Day 4 & Day 5 - eating out

Ok so I didn't blog yesterday. I went out to eat and then went shopping for school. So for dinner, my family and I went to applebees. I kept my calorie count at about 550 there and drank water. Also, today, I went out for lunch to Wendy's. I kept my calorie count low by getting a salad. I ran 4 miles yesterday morning, but haven't done anything today. My first day of NOT exercising. It will be difficult when school starts to keep running but I think I will manage. Anyways, I got a haircut today, I'll put a picture up in a little while before I go to bed.



apple strudel scone 1 scone 160 calories
turkey hot dog 1 hot dog 80 carlories
whole wheat bread 1 slice 75 calories
ketchup 1 tblspn 15 calories
applebees spicy shrimp diavolo 1 serving 550 calories
m&m cookie 1 cookie 210 calories


This is what I had yesterday.. The total number of calories was 1090.. not bad for going to a friends house and eating out.



Yoplait Yogurt 1 container 100 calories
wendy's apple pecan chicken salad 1 salad 580 calories
swedish meatballs  6 meatballs 60 calories
gravy 1/2 cup 30 calories
potatoes (small) 3 potatoes 128 calories
broccolli 1 cup 27 calories
cantaloupe 1 cup 60 calories
klondike bar 1 bar 100 calories


This is today's meals.. I had a small breakfast and haven't really had much between meals. The total number of calories was 1085. I am hungry now so I will add a small bag of popcorn that is 100 calories bringing my total up to 1185. Usually, you shouldn't eat past 8 or 9 o' clock, because whatever you eat turns to fat. But I am pretty hungry so yea... Well that's all I've got tonight. I'm gonna go eat my popcorn now :)
